That was one of the big messages delivered Tuesday evening at Lehigh Valley Business’ fourth annual Business of the Year awards. “If you think you can achieve success without the support of others, you can’t!” That sentiment was echoed by Ronald Jerdon of Jerdon Construction Services who was the recipient of an Emerging Business of the Year finalist award.
Jerdon Construction received a 2015 Excellence in Construction award from the Eastern PA chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors for the 20,000 square foot renovation project for Clear Channel Airports - a quality fast tracked construction project delivered on time and within budget requirements.
TEAM CAN-DO! Jerdon Construction Services teamed up with Spillman Farmer Architects, Carney Engineering Group and students from Parkland & East Penn School Districts to help feed our community through a unique building competition called CANSTRUCTION. Team Can-Do used over 4,000 cans of food to make their display that was then donated to Second Harvest Food Bank.

And that’s exactly what the top companies on Lehigh Valley Business’ fourth annual ranking of the region’s Fastest Growing Companies have done. Jerdon Construction Services was honored to be named at the 5th Fastest Growing Company in the Region at this event for the second year in a row. In the past year, Jerdon was able to increase their workforce by forty percent and expect to add more jobs in 2016.
Jerdon Construction Services has seen steady growth and is excited to be selected as a finalist for Lehigh Valley Business's "Fastest Growing Companies of 2015" and "Emerging Business of the Year."
A team of employees from Jerdon Construction Services participated in a three hour endurance race at Lehigh Valley Grand Prix to help raise $40,000 for the American Red Cross of the Greater Lehigh Valley.

Jerdon Construction Services is honored to be chosen as the 5th Fastest Growing Company in the Lehigh Valley & surrounding areas by Lehigh Valley Business for 2014. Awards were given to the 30 fastest growing companies in the region at an awards luncheon on Wednesday, October 8. Presenting sponsor, ParenteBeard, calculated the nominations and considered both dollar and percentage increases when determining the winners.
When renovations were needed at the Gideon F. Egner Chapel, Muhlenberg College entrusted the work to Jerdon Construction Services who finished the job beautifully.

McCann School of Business &Technology selected Jerdon Construction Services to perform interior renovations at 894 Marcon Blvd. in Allentown for their new satellite campus. Watch for information on the campus’s grand opening.
Jerdon Construction Services has completed a 12,000 SF warehouse expansion project for Amcor Rigid Plastics in Allentown. The project provided Amcor with additional warehouse space, offices and a break room. The project also included T-5 lighting upgrades throughout the warehouse and installation of new warehouse docks.
The Sixth Street Shelter and Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley presented Jerdon Construction with a Certificate of Appreciation for their dedicated involvement in the Sixth Street Shelter Expansion Project.
Muhlenberg College’s Martin Luther Hall has completed major upgrades thanks to Jerdon Construction Services. In just 8 short weeks, the facility’s 128 dorm rooms received finish upgrades and all eight common area restrooms totally demolished & renovated to be ADA compliant.
